SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on RugRoyal (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Most orders are prepared and transferred to our logistics partners within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

 

2. Shipping Areas & Delivery Times

We currently deliver to:

  • European Union: estimated delivery time 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • United Kingdom: estimated delivery time 4–8 business days after dispatch (customs clearance may add additional time).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, seasonal peaks, or weather conditions.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped through our logistics partners, including:

  • GLS
  • DPD
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • Other local European carriers (depending on destination and parcel size)

A signature may be required upon delivery depending on local carrier policy.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all destinations listed above. RugRoyal covers the logistics costs for all orders, regardless of the number of items purchased.

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link (when available). Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take several hours to activate.

 

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please ensure all delivery details provided are accurate. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-collection from a pickup point, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the parcel or, if preferred, issue a refund.

 

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the carrier and request that the damage be recorded. In case of visible damage to the product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of:

  • the external packaging,
  • the shipping label,
  • and the damaged item.

This allows us to file a claim with the carrier.

 

8. Returns 

For details on returning an item, please refer to our Return Policy. Information includes the return window, conditions of acceptance, and whether return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
